Rapé is sacred tobacco used by indigenous tribes in the Amazon to cleanse the respiratory system. On a spiritual level it clears your crown chakra, third eye and throat chakra. This can help you feel more grounded and clear-headed, allowing insights and answers to come to you more easily.
Every rapé I use is ethically sourced, primarily from the Yawanawa and Nukini tribes. I offer it with great respect to the indigenous people, each of whom possesses the sacred wisdom of how to create the unique blends.
We start by talking about the procedure of the Rapé offering and your intention. Then, we do a Reiki meditation together for about 20 minutes. After that I offer you the Rapé and you continue in meditation for another 15-20 minutes while I give you Reiki — first while you are sitting and then on the massage table for an additional 30 minutes. We round off the session with a short talk about what came up for you and our shared perceptions during the Reiki treatment. I offer optional yoga card pulling if desired.
