My Reiki Journey Part 2

Once you receive an attunement to Reiki you carry that ability inside of you the rest of your life – even though you don’t use it for a long time which was my case. I was reminded of my ability to give Reiki after 3 years of not using it. I was having coffee with a friend and then spontaneously they asked me if I could give them Reiki on their chest – because they had been feeling pain for a while. I will never forget the doubts and worry I felt about it (Reiki) not working. I just put my hands on their chest area thinking:What if it doesn’t work?How is the procedure again for connecting to Reiki? This doubt of Reiki not working is something I’ve carried with me for a very long time, especially when I didn’t experience the heat in my hands as intense as I maybe believed it has to be in order to work. This was also the reason I didn’t practice self-treatment until I did my Reiki Master. Today I have cultivated trust and a strong connection to Reiki which I am super grateful for.  I asked for the pain to go

Transformative Dance Session

Spring Awakening Together with my beloved soulfriend Ela, we invite you to a session of transformative dance, meditation and reiki to welcome the SPRING SEASON with intention. Our bodies hold a lot of information and feelings of our inner landscape. Transformative dance is a way to invite authentic expression into your movement and by this connecting to the wisdom of your body as well as the ones around you. The session will also include a guided meditation and some Reiki to start this new circle with a centered and balanced state of mind. My Reiki Journey Part 1

Back in 2018 when I was living in Barcelona, there was a time just around summer where I didn’t feel good and I couldn’t put my finger on what exactly was wrong. I had good friends, was in a new relationship, it was summer in Barcelona and the air was filled with the typical extroverted summer energy. But all I felt like was being alone and sitting indoors at home. I found myself googling Reiki “out of the blue” and without reading, thinking or even having a Reiki treatment beforehand I signed up for a 1-1 Shoden (Reiki 1) course with my teacher Jordi Ibern. It wasn’t until years later I remembered that a psychic lady had told me I should look into Reiki, when I went for a yearly check-up at her place.  Well, then I found myself going to Jordi weekly for a period of almost a month and I remember one of the first things he told me to do was to start meditating. I attempted to do so a couple of days, but recall getting quickly frustrated and finding excuses to why not do it. Too many thoughts, the Barcelona heat, the noisy neighbours etc.
