Spring Awakening – Equinox Transformative Dance & Reiki 🌿✨

Join me and my dancing-sister Ela on Saturday, March 22, 2025, at Prenzlauer Promenade 23 for a powerful and intentional welcome to spring! As the seasons shift, we come together to step out of hibernation mode, call in the new, and seed our spring intentions with the support of transformative dance and Reiki—two powerful healing tools to reconnect with our authentic selves. Absolutely no prior dance experience is needed—this space is open to everyone! 💫 What to Expect: 🌱 A guided transformative dance journey by us—allow your body to move freely and in ways that feel good to you. 🌿 A Reiki circle to clarify and empower the spring intentions we want to set. 🍵 Time after the session to enjoy a cup of tea, share, and connect. SoulReset: A Reiki-Infused Sound Journey for a peaceful start of your 2025 ✨

Dear soul,I hope your year has begun with calm and blissful moments! As we step into 2025, I have already planned some beautiful events for you. The first one to start off this year is in collaboration with my dear colleague Emmeline, a talented sound therapist. Reiki combined with sound healing is one of my absolute favourite pairings (though Lomi Massage is a close second 😉).Our “Soul Reset” workshop on January 12th is designed to bring clarity, calm, and deep connection into your life. It’s for you to give your intentions of this year extra energy. 🌀 What to Expect: We’ll begin with a gentle Reiki meditation to ground you, followed by a soothing sound journey led by Emmeline. During the sound bath, you’ll also receive Reiki, recharging not just your physical and emotional body, but also energizing your intentions for the year ahead. Autumn Equinox Community Gathering

Join us as we come together to celebrate the transition from summer to autumn. Forest Bathing with Reiki Circle & Cacao Ritual

We invite you to connect with the spirits of the Forest as a celebration of the beginning of Autumn, honoring the leaves that fall to the ground opening space for a period of more introspection and grounding. We’ll continue with a Cacao Ceremony to enter into a warm and cozy space, allowing our hearts to manifest our intention for the new cycle through singing and getting in touch with our inner child. My Reiki Journey Part 2

Once you receive an attunement to Reiki you carry that ability inside of you the rest of your life – even though you don’t use it for a long time which was my case. I was reminded of my ability to give Reiki after 3 years of not using it. I was having coffee with a friend and then spontaneously they asked me if I could give them Reiki on their chest – because they had been feeling pain for a while. I will never forget the doubts and worry I felt about it (Reiki) not working. I just put my hands on their chest area thinking:What if it doesn’t work?How is the procedure again for connecting to Reiki? This doubt of Reiki not working is something I’ve carried with me for a very long time, especially when I didn’t experience the heat in my hands as intense as I maybe believed it has to be in order to work. This was also the reason I didn’t practice self-treatment until I did my Reiki Master. Today I have cultivated trust and a strong connection to Reiki which I am super grateful for.
